No problem—we’ll train the right candidates who are ready to show up, work hard, and learn fast.

Responsibilities:

• Assist crews with site prep, material handling, and clean-up

• Support equipment operators and carpenters as needed

• Learn and apply safety protocols daily

• Use hand and power tools under supervision

• Participate in team huddles and jobsite briefings

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
