About the Role:
F&M Construction is seeking a motivated and reliable Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. This position involves working on a variety of landscaping and open space projects, including parks, trails, grading, erosion control, irrigation, and planting. Ideal candidates will have experience in outdoor labor, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in creating beautiful and functional spaces that serve local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping tasks including planting, mulching, grading, and sodding

• Install and maintain irrigation systems

• Operate small equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and compactors

• Assist with erosion control and native plant restoration

• Follow site plans, safety protocols, and direction from supervisors

• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites

Qualifications:

• Prior landscaping or construction experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Comfortable with physical labor and lifting 50+ lbs

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
