Job Summary:
F&M Construction is seeking a skilled and safety-minded Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for operating excavators, bulldozers, graders, and other machinery on civil construction projects throughout the Four Corners region. This role requires precision, responsibility, and a commitment to maintaining equipment and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery to complete excavation, grading, and utility installation
• Read and follow site plans and supervisor instructions
• Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on equipment
• Work collaboratively with site crews to ensure efficient progress
• Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and construction procedures
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and terrain
